Jose Pablo has been chef for over 12 years. He launched Caribbean Sabooor to shine light on Caribbean flavors and culture. Then, he realized he could combine Caribbean ingredients with ingredients from other parts of Costa Rica and even from the world and so although the company first developed an original Caribbean flavor, it now offers fusion flavors made with authentic combinations.
Caribbean Sabooor is planning to invest in solar panels to lower its environmental impact. In the meantime, they´ve made many efforts to be eco-friendly: simple processes that cause no residue, a bottle recycling program and a reforestation program throughout Costa Rica.
Jose Pablo is proud that his company was able to develop and sell products that were truly authentic, in the midst of a very mainstream industry.
