Lohana loves to add that special flavor to salts. She started experimenting with herbs and adding them to salts brought from Nicoya, Costa Rica´s Blue Zone. Her friends and family would receive hers salts and other recipes as Holiday gifts, and when they started demanding she start packaging and selling her gluten free sauces, pestos and other products, she knew she was on the right track.
Lohana has traversed the country to pick unique ingredients at every place she´s visited. She gets inspired by the different flavors in each province and mixes them up in her recipes.
