Conditions

      • The shipping cost is calculated, among others, according to the product’s size, weight and shipping address. 
        • Estimated delivery times: 1 to 15 days depending on the country and on the type of product ordered. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking number once payment is complete. You may follow up on this tracking number either at your courier or through Your Account at Local Keeps
          • We will contact you if significant delays are expected.
          • The packages may be delivered in several packages and/or independent deliveries.

          • We deliver to most locations and main cities. However, in some remote/regional areas our carriers can only deliver to the nearest transport or distribution office. In these instances, you will receive notification that your delivery is available for your collection from such office
          • Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, we will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier will try to make a second attempt delivery the same day or the day after.
          • If no-one is available in the second attempt, our carrier will leave a card requesting you to telephone them or us to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.
