United StatesI had been searching for the 5,000 colones (monkey) bill towel since I last visited Costa Rica in 2018. A souvenir shop we stopped at had every denomination/design except that one, which is the one my husband really wanted. Sadly, our 2020 trip to CR was canceled by coronavirus, so this will be the consolation prize. Hopefully we can get back to CR in the very near future!
