About the maker
The idea started as Sabrina’s university graduation project, which was based on the redesign of Costa Rican souvenirs. She took the artisan point-of-view to reimagine contemporary utilitarian products that were 100% designed and manufactured in Costa Rica. The brand works hand in hand with local artisans that use traditional manufacturing processes while giving its clients the opportunity to slow down and take a moment to brew and savor a fresh cup of coffee every day.

Be environmentally conscious and use a reusable filter bag made out fabric instead of paper. In Costa Rica all drippers use fabric filter bags that can be washed over and over again. Your bag will last many washes but if you wish to replace it, just make sure you are buying the right size for your Higuito Dripper.

How to clean filter
Wash only with plenty of water. Do not use soap. Let it dry in the open air and when it is dry, store it in a bag in a dry place. Some people keep it in the freezer once it is dry.
